$300 (within 35 min - 1 hour range)

(TIME OVER THIS WILL BE CHARGED $50 every 30 MINUTEs)

CONCEPT DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Includes:

  1. Design direction & style strategy

  2. ONE 3D rendering CONCEPT (OR) vision/MATERIAL board "DEPENDNING ON SCOPE"

  3. Preliminary layout direction

  4. Budget range estimate

💰Design services are offered on an hourly basis at a rate, allowing for a tailored and personalized experience for every client.

  1. small space~ roughly $1,600 +​

  2. medium space~ roughly $2,400 +

  3. large space roughly~ $3,200 +​

  • Full 3D design package (finalized) & RELEASED

  • Detailed material specifications

Option B:

DESIGN DELIVERY PACKAGE (DIY)

For clients working with their own contractor or managing their own project.

Includes:

  • Floor plans + elevations

  • 3D design visuals

  • Vision boards + material selections

  • Full product sourcing list

 

💰 Investment:

1. Design Development Fee: (BASED ON PROJECT TYPE/SIZE/SCOPE)
2. Design Release: (Full Usage Rights) 30% OF DESIGN FEE
