The Timeless Touch Transformation

Limited Warranty

​

Timeless Transformations provides a limited warranty for workmanship directly performed by Timeless Transformations as follows:

​

  • Furniture & Décor: 30 days warranty on assembly or installation workmanship.

  • Paint & Soft Renovations: 30 days workmanship warranty.

  • Lighting Enhancements: 30 dayswarranty on installation workmanship performed by Timeless Transformations.

  • Turnkey Styling & Staging: 30 days warranty on placement and assembly workmanship.​

​

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper maintenance, environmental conditions, pre-existing conditions, client-owned items, or work performed by third parties.

​

Third-Party Products: Products, materials, furnishings, fixtures, appliances, and equipment are covered solely by the applicable manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, if any. Timeless Transformations does not warrant the performance, durability, or defect-free operation of third-party products.

​

Claims: Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the applicable warranty period. If a covered workmanship issue is confirmed, Timeless Transformations' sole obligation is to reasonably repair or correct the affected workmanship.

​

This limited warranty applies only to workmanship directly performed by Timeless Transformations and does not extend to third-party products or services.

The Elevated Experience Transformation

Limited Warranty​

​

Timeless Transformations provides a limited warranty for workmanship directly performed by Timeless Transformations as follows:

​

  • Furniture & Décor: 30-day warranty on assembly or installation workmanship.

  • Wall Treatments & Finishes: 30-day workmanship warranty on millwork, wallpaper, accent panels, and     related work performed directly by Timeless Transformations.

  • Lighting Upgrades: 30-day warranty on installation workmanship performed by Timeless Transformations.

  • Turnkey Installation & Styling: 30-day warranty on furniture placement and assembly workmanship performed by Timeless Transformations.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper maintenance, environmental conditions, structural movement, pre-existing conditions, client-owned items, or work performed by third parties.

​

Third-Party Products: Furniture, décor, lighting fixtures, wallpaper, materials, appliances, equipment, and other products are covered solely by the applicable manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, if any. Timeless Transformations does not warrant the functionality, performance, durability, or defect-free operation of third-party products.

Claims: Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of completion. If a covered workmanship issue is confirmed, Timeless Transformations' sole obligation is to reasonably repair or correct the affected workmanship.

This limited warranty applies only to workmanship directly performed by Timeless Transformations and does not extend to third-party products or services.

The Luxury Transformation

Limited Warranty

Timeless Transformations provides a limited warranty for workmanship directly performed by Timeless Transformations as follows:

​

  • Custom Furniture, Millwork & Finishes: 30-day warranty on assembly, installation, or finishing workmanship performed directly by Timeless Transformations.

  • Renovations & Architectural Enhancements: 30-day warranty solely on workmanship directly performed by Timeless Transformations. Work performed by contractors or other third parties is subject to their respective warranties.

  • Lighting & Automation: 30-day warranty on installation or setup workmanship directly performed by Timeless Transformations. Products and systems are subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty.

  • Outdoor Enhancements: 30-day warranty on applicable installation or assembly workmanship directly performed by Timeless Transformations.

  • Turnkey Styling & Branding Elements: 30-day warranty on placement, assembly, or installation workmanship directly performed by Timeless Transformations.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper maintenance, environmental or weather-related conditions, natural variations in materials, structural movement, pre-existing conditions, client-owned items, manufacturer defects, or work performed or modified by third parties.

​

Third-Party Products & Services: Products, materials, fixtures, appliances, equipment, technology, and services provided by manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, installers, or other third parties are covered solely by their applicable warranties, if any. Timeless Transformations does not warrant their performance, functionality, durability, or defect-free operation.

​

Claims: Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of completion, with reasonable supporting information or photographs when requested. If a covered workmanship issue is confirmed, Timeless Transformations' sole obligation is to reasonably repair or correct the affected workmanship.

​

This limited warranty applies only to workmanship directly performed by Timeless Transformations and does not extend to third-party products or services.

General Terms for All Packages:

  • Warranty coverage begins upon project completion.

  • Any necessary repairs will be conducted at the discretion of Timeless Transformations.

  • Liability is limited to repair or replacement of covered items within the warranty scope.

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client.
